Chris Hatch is a partner in the Legend Partners Salt Lake City, UT office. Chris and his partners started the branch of the commercial brokerage back in 2016 and have grown into one of the most recognizable names in commercial retail in the Mountain West market.
Chris Hatch is a principal of Forza Commercial in Salt Lake City, UT. While working to grow the management and capital teams he is also an active member of the Forza Development team managing retail deals from acquisition to completion. Working in the Forza Commercial office, from development, fundraising, and property management Chris gets to display his experience in everything CRE.
Chris Hatch is also a principal in the property maintenance company, Mahalo Pro. Offering his expertise on how properties should be maintained from his experience as a broker/owner Mahalo Pro works to provide the service that owners are craving.
