Purchased vacant Village Inn and Chase Bank location in Casper, WY. Site was originally planned to go to Dutch Bros but due to rising costs they backed out. We then remodeled the Village Inn building for a new local Mexican restaurant group called Los Amigos. Provides a solid return on the initial investment and leaves the opportunity for another tenant to take the rest of the site. Currently being presented back to Dutch Bros who showed interest in it after searching for a better site didn't work out.
