Purchase land with Red Lobster in Chubbuck, ID in early 2020. Covid-19 starts and Red Lobsters starts refusing to pay rent. Through a lengthy legal process Red Lobster is evicted for not paying rent. Olive Garden was approached about the site to see if they had interest in the location. The old Red Lobster was demolished and a ground lease with Olive Garden was signed. Resturaunt opened January of 2023 and was the best opening Olive Garden had seen in the western states.
