The property was constructed by a local development & construction company in 1977. The same ownership owned it until we had the opportunity to acquire it off market in 2016.  The building was due for some upgrades.  Our team put together a great façade rendering, secured a contractor and got to work. After some building mechanical and façade renovations we were able to secure a long term lease with Image Studios whom acts as our mini anchor tenant.  Ownership has continued to increase the tenant profile as leases have come to an end.
