.618 acre retail pad in a Walmart anchored shopping center in Post Falls, ID purchased the end of 2021. RJ Russo was hired to prefabricate the entire building off site at the their facility in Phoenix, AZ. Extreme winter weather caused some very minor delays with preparing the site for building delivery but, at completion we have a beautiful and successful new store for Dutch Bro's Coffee.
