Land was purchase at an auction by the Utah Department of Transportation. We presented the site to Starbucks who was looking to fill a space between locations and they accepted out proposal of building a new store on the site. After completing construction the Starbucks finished the interior of the space and open their store to the public. Some issues from construction needed to be addressed after tha opening which caused a slight delay in the sale of the property. The store is quite nice and performing above what Starbucks anticipated for the location.
