Site was purchased shortly after site to the north was closed and plan for Quick Quack & Jack in the Box was taking shape. Southern site had more space allowing for a stand alone Starbucks and a 4-tenant building with a drive thru on one end and a larger patio on the other. Spaces were quickly leased out to: Jersey Mikes, Cafe Rio, Marco's Pizza, and Chip.
